• How do you print a document or a screen within simulations?

Use your native browser's print capabilities by right-clicking and then selecting Print (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari), or by selecting the Print menu item (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari).


• Can I clear my cookies during a simulation run?

If you clear your cookies while you are in the simulation, your simulation run state will be lost and you will automatically be sent back to the log in page. Clearing your cookies is the equivalent of suspending your simulation run, and then logging out of the Double Masters site.
