Project Management Learning Gap

Up until recently, the only effective way for project managers to sharpen their skills has been to work on real, live projects. While a great way to learn, not everyone has the opportunity to lead complex projects. Even when the opportunity is available, lack of training and experience can lead to failure, negatively impacting the project and the project manager's career.

Just like flying an airplane, managing a large project is comprised of hundreds – if not thousands - of interrelated, complex tasks that must be managed in concert to ensure success and minimize risk. But unlike airline pilots, who undergo hundreds of hours simulation training before they can log flight time, project managers have not had access to sophisticated project management simulations . . . until now.

Simulation Software

Simplified Administration

Double Masters simulations are offered via the web, so there is no software to manage. Session creation and administration is straightforward, and allows for one or more session administrators. And since it is hosted, simulations can be run whenever convenient for the student or instructor.
